Peter has a vast background of experience in all forms of food and beverage including international business development, export sales, new product development, marketing, sales and advertising in over 80 countries around the world. His experience includes working with such food and beverage brands as Lawry’s, Hunt Wesson, Snack Pack Pudding, Reddi-Wip, Knorr, Hellmanns, Bestfoods, Mazola, Skippy, Karo, Argo, Entenmanns, Old London, Thomas English Muffins, Welch’s, Borges, El Caserio, Tri-Naranjus. Wine brands as Beringer, Bogle, Groth, Murphy Goode, Justin, Peachy Canyon, Mandolin, Ferrari, Bell, Ballentine, Korbel, and Schramsburg. He has also worked with many spirits companies: Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Brown Forman, Beam Suntory, Bacardi, Jose Cuervo, CCU, Mount Gay among others. His work included food companies like General Mills, Nestle, Unilever, Heinz, Kraft, Campbell’s, Pinnacle Foods, ConAgra and many more. Lastly, he has an extensive background in ingredients working with natural colors, antioxidants, spices and stable emulsions and has worked with most of the flavor houses and ingredient companies to reformulate products and launch new products around the world. He has attended most of the major food, beverage, wine, spirits and ingredients trade shows.
Peter will now venture under his own consulting firm yet will work with Global Envoy on select projects where his expertise or client requirements allow.
