Cheryl has more than two decades of sales and leadership experience ranging between small business, non-profit and Fortune 10 enterprise. She built the business to business Retention and Acquisition sales teams for Michigan. Cheryl was the Regional Vice President of the Midwest/East Business Acquisition channel for AT&T driving $1.7M in new monthly recurring revenue through new business acquisition.

As the Regional Vice President of National Business Markets for Michigan, she was responsible for the retention and growth of an account base of $80.2M in annual revenue. Her experience includes managing a team of 109 individuals spread out over six (6) states.

As a Large Enterprise Account Executive, she delivered $22.9M in annual revenue and $6.1M in margin for Dell by effectively quarterbacking a group of 10 to 15 technical sales specialists and engineers to prioritize strategic solutions for 26 named large enterprise accounts across Michigan and Indiana.

Cheryl is a driven, self-directed individual who recently made the decision to give back to her community. She most recently was responsible for Major Gifts at the Heart of West Michigan United Way for which she carried co-responsibility for securing individual donations of $4.4M annually.

Nicolaus (Nic) Solecki

Nic was a valued member of Global Envoy whose responsibilities included research and analysis of markets and accounts, while acting as a liaison between our partners and customers. His background includes serving as a Non Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps; where he gained considerable international experience in South East and South West Asia. His studies at the Kraków University of Economics, and Grand Valley State University have provided him with a broad array of knowledge in international economics, business, and trade relations. He has since concluded his education and was chosen by the Ford Motor Company for their highly competitive Executive Management Career Program.
